Just hitting me.

I'm new to this, so be gentle with me. smiles. The big A is taking away the use of my hands and I'm hoping to learn how to cope and ease the inflammation.

If you could research regarding holistic medicine, there a several natural herbs, make sure to talk to a doctor that believes in holistic approach, he can recommend to you the right medicine, and treatments like acupuncture can help with your condition. Wishing you all well. God bless you.

Hi Carpe_Diem57,

I have a problem with my hands that my doctor now says is arthritis. I was an auto-mechanic for nearly 30 years, but I had to change to an air conditioning mechanic. I was made to use a tool to fasten the sheetmetal sides of the units together. This tool made it very hard for me when it wore out. I was forced to use it and did damage to my finger joints. Recently, I was diagnosed with no more cartilage in one finger joint where I already had five cortizone shots in. I have just taken a blood test for Rheumatoid Arthritis and have not yet found out my results. I was taking Advil for one and a half years before treatment. Sorry! Take care.
