from stanisz my dear friends, husband fell, in hospital, off internet missed you all

Posted in Group:

dearly beloved suffering ones and all my friends. my husband had a TIA (stroke) and that night he fell down the stairs and broke two ribs and perforated his lung and was three days in hospital. then i was off line for a week! my internet was down! how i missed you all!

things are looking up, but it has been a really challenging week. i am operating on the grace of God as i take it one day at a time. my caregiving load has increased and i am on call most of the day now. i must rest when i can and take any chance to have a moment for myself. this is me taking a moment for me.

Happy St. Valentine's Day to all. pure agape love from a lovely man who taught a blind girl about the world and taught her how to pray to Christ.through her prayers, she was able to regain her sight through the Grace of God. so it goes to show us through Him all things are possible, i can certainly get through this day and the days to come..i just need to focus on the love and peace within my heart from God.

and i wish you all the peace of Christ and look forward to visiting you again.your friend maria

OH Maria, I am so sorry your husband had a stroke and your work load has increased!!! OF course when you needed us, your internet was down!!! Please know that you both are in my thoughts and prayers for sure!!!!!

You are right to take whatever little moments, you are able, for yourself!!! Remember that needing help doesn't make you weak, it makes sure you are strong!!! So if you need assistance, just call his doctor and they can get it set up!!!

All my love and hugs and prayers, Suzee

thank you lovely ones, i am getting into the swing of things and my sons have been useful too/. things are starting to get settled down, and i still get to go to my own doctor to care for my own care needs. i am being so careful. and keeping well in the Lord, hope to see you all around. i am concerned what the neurologist will say about my husbands brain, and the hydrocephaly there. i realized how much of a sweet companion he is to me how bonded we are and how much i want need him to be well and comfortable. how odd that it is that it is me to be caring for him and not the other way round. he was always the strong one. and now....thank you for your support, attention and prayers and love, maria

...love and prayers and may the Lord Bless us All!

Maria! I am so sorry about your husband! Your family are in my thoughts and prayers! How is he doing? How are you doing! I love you and care about you so much and I am here if you need some to talk to or listen to you!

Hugs!

I am a princess. All girls are. Even if they live in tiny old attics. Even if they dress in rags, even if they aren't rich, or are young or old! They're still princesses. All of us. Didn't anyone tell you that? Didn't anyone? I am telling you that!
